Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dear client, We strive to provide you with the best web designing, logo designing, digital marketing, content writing, resume and SOP writing, and online tutoring services to all. However, we also have a refund policy which would ensure that your payments are secure in case you are not satisfied with our services. Also, when you book an order with us, we assume that you must have read and agreed to all the policies that have been stated.

Refund/ cancellation policy will be applicable under certain conditions only. These are:

Cancellation by the client

For instance, a client books an order with us on 5th December and the date of delivery is 12th December at USD 500, then the following refund would be initiated from our end.

If the client cancels the order at any time before 24 hours from the commencement of the session, then 100% of the amount would be refunded.
If the client cancels the order at any time after 24 hours but before 50% of the deadline has crossed, we will issue a 50% refund.
If the client cancels the order after 50% of the deadline has passed, then no amount would be refunded.
The above points are not applicable for urgent orders i.e. when the deadline for order delivery is of less than or equal to 48 hours. In such cases, no refund would be processed.
Cancellation by us

If the session has been cancelled by us due to any reason, the total amount would be refunded to the client.
